Using Roxio, to burn a movie that is on my hard-drive and it's not

I'm having trouble using Roxio to burn movies. I've found the movies within my computer etc and have been able to add them to the Roxio playlist, but Roxio will not start and burn. I would be very grateful for any assistance anyone can give me. Thank you :whistling:
