I tried following these steps:
Tools-Import-Email-Comunicator 4x

but then it says to choose the profile i want to get the mail from and there is nothing there to choose. I went to Incredimail to see if I could export the emails but it will only let me export my address book. Can anyone help me out?

I also tried saving them to my desktop and trying to drag them into thunderbird like incredimail said you could, but that didnt work either.
