HELP! Error Loading Operating System...

Okay I have the very basic knowledge of computers and need some serious help.
Well my computer is crashed and whenever i turn on the computer it says "Error loading operating system" i can go on to the BIOS setup menu but I can't go into safe mode, I can go into BIOS recovery but it freezes at 56% and restarts the computer at the 39th min.

Anyone could help i would be so greatful as i need to do my coursework. so please help....
