Hello everyone I'm new to the forum. Last night I tried to uninstall zero spyware from my computer. After it went through the beging proecess of unisntalling the program it all of the sudden stop and it did not uninstall the program. After that some of my programs do not work properly. Microsoft street and trips and microsoft outlook says i need to reinstall from cd. In display properites the only tab I have is themes-no screensaver or any other tabs. And now I cannot uninstall zero spyware at all. I was wondering if zero spyware may have removed a exe. or dll. file and how can I find out which one?

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

if you have already gotten this problem fixed, please post here and let us know.

Thanks
