WHERED MY QUICK LAUNCH BAR GO?

Instead of using my desktop for icons i use it for looks and just run everything out of my quick launch bar. and i just did a system restore and now its gone.... i tried to enable it and it was already checked. so i unchecked it and re-endabled it and it said that "Cannot Create Toolbar" and the icon on the taskbar for windows is a little folder (missing file?). so yea.... its a hastle. if anyones got any info that'd be great. thanks in advance.
