just uninstall it in your device manager your computer will recognize the change and reinstall it then you just update your router this seems to be common problem with routers


GO START CONTROL PANEL SYSTEM HARDWARE DEVICE MANAGER NETWORK ADAPTERS CLICK + RIGHT CLICK YOUR ROUTER THEN UNINSTALL (COMPUTER FINDS IT ) THEN RIGHT CLICK AGAIN UPDATE

Forgot to say it's fixed, we had to reset it a few times (holding the button for 30s) before pinging the adress till a reply came then had to use a laptop to log in to the router and type in a name and pass from BT.
