Trojanhorse generic YZT ?

I am posting for my Mom, because her computer is so messed up that she can't log online with it. She runs Windows ME, and her virus protection is AVG free. She seems to have a bit of a problem with a virus, that AVG refers to as Trojanhorse generic YZT. She has AVG take care of it and every day it's there again, not sure how to fix the problem. If you need more info, I can ask her, can anybody help me out at all?
