PCI Multimedia Sound Card

We have errorrs in the Device managers that addresses the PCI Multimedia Sound.
The error reads drivers not loaded.
Go through the autosearch mode and Windows cannot find the right driver.
ES1370 in the device number i believe.
It's for a Gateway 266.
What is the proper way to locate and install drivers for this device.
I have found the drivers at DriverGuide.com but I am having trouble loading them. :tazz:
