AIM virus

Hey....i have this virus thing on my computer that sends something like "hey do you mind if i put this picture of us on facebook" to everyone on my buddylist. When you click the link, it sends it to everyone on your buddylist. Itwon't stop doing it and i don't know when it's going to do it next. I've run about 4 antivirus programs about 3 times each and nothing has happened. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
