OK, first let me say that thx for helping me and everyone else who has question, this site has already saved me once. While my knowledge of spyware, maleware, trojans, etc is improving, i still am learning and could use help.

Before i post my results, I'll say that I have run ad-aware, spypot, and a limited McAfee scan (scanned all the Windows files, which in my experience contains many problems.) CWS Shredder is giving me issues updating it, but I dont think i'd learn anything new...I have all the new security windows updates.

My main aim is to simply find the problem, I know many of the tricks and steps to get rid of them.
I also must ask what the dwwin files are, are they a support file for windows?

Here are the results:

The "O20 - Winlogon Notify: koridq - koridq.dll (file missing)" was a trojan I had gotten rid of in the past, i had got rid of it using McAfee to find it, then using Hijack This to remove it.
The line "O16 - DPF: {3A7FE611-1994-4EF1-A09F-99456752289D} -" looks very odd to me, but I want to be safe and ask.
Are they anyother issues on this report?

My computer seems to be running slower...first IE got slow and now even firefox seems affected
Also, I cant get to my documents or my computer from the start menu, and that i know is bad...

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello chemical man...welcome to G2G!

I'm a bit confused....do you want help cleaning or just information as to what is 'bad' in your HJT log so that you can fix it yourself?

With regard to your questions:

1. Information about dwwin.exe can be found here: http://www.google.co...G=Google Search

Seems it's associated with Dr Watson the MS error reporting tool.

2. O16 - DPF: {3A7FE611-1994-4EF1-A09F-99456752289D} - is associated with WildTangent and can be fixed.

3. The "O20 - Winlogon Notify: koridq - koridq.dll (file missing)" was a trojan I had gotten rid of in the past, i had got rid of it using McAfee to find it, then using Hijack This to remove it....the HJT entry is still there, and while it says the file is missing, it may not be.

I cannot find any information about this filename, so it's probably bad as you assume. I would search for the file, delete it if found, and fix the entry in HJT.

But these above entries are not the biggest problem in your HJT log....

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Outlook Mail Services] express.exe is. Please see here

The references for this infection are here and here

This is a spybot worm with backdoor capabilities which may allow remote users access to your computer.

If you want more help, let me know...your choice. In any case, I hope this helps.

Good luck!

OK, what i said in my first post was confusing, but you were right in my guess.

Thank you for catching that outlook error, I would have never seen that.

Thank you for answer my other questions as well.
