Try this link that addresses unrecognized directories and files -- a second drive is another "directory".

11 bad clusters fixed...
Free space found allocated in Master File Table bitmap...
Corrected errors in Volume Bitmap and File System...
And then all the fancy storage capacaties and numbers and stuff.
And it worked like a charm. Deepest appreciation jaxisland.

You are very welcome. I am glad it worked out for you.
There is a way to output to a text file. If you use the command chkdsk /f /r >checkdisk.txt
It will put the results in that text file, the only down side is you want see any progress on your screen and its kinda choppy, but I would though that I would throw it out there.
