new acer 3010

I bought a new acre travelmate 3010 less than two months ago, while reading e-mail, screen went blank. when rebooted, the acer logo comes on, all the function buttons work, but no windows. Anybody hear of this before? :whistling:

Is there any errormessage poping up?

Till what point is the PC (windows) starting up?

What happens if this point is reached?
