WIN XP-SP2 handle large cap Hard Drives?

Specifically, can it format and or use all of the space on a 300gb sata ata-150 7200rpm hard drive?

Secondarily, if it is a second drive added to the PC (slave drive), will XP have any problem with it being so large?
