Cannot Delete File [RESOLVED]

The OS guys sent me here. There is a file in My Documents that I cannot seem to get rid of. It says that it is a media file, but it doesn't play. I can't move, rename or delete it. It stuck around after system restore and the following programs have failed to remove it: MoveOnBoot and Unlocker. I have included my HJT log.

Your log looks clean. Give this next program a try, it's a utility for deleting invalid files.

In the left pane browse to

C:\Documents and Settings\your username\My Documents

The files in that directory will be listed in the right pane. Select the file and press one of the delete buttons. If no success try the other button.

It worked, thank you! I figured out why I didn't know what I was doing. For some reason, when I clicked the link the first time and told it to download, it downloaded PureIEPro instead of the program I needed. But it's all taken care of now. Thanks again! --Andy
