ok my computer has a problem of opening up the windows explorer and i cant go into My computer and Control Panel so i really need help. On top of that i need help in making a log or whatever thats called I dont know how to make a log and i read through the instructions you gave me but the problem is that i dont know how to make a log and my secound problem is my computer does not want to cooperate with me to open windows explorer. If anyone can help i would be most thankful. anyone can help me anytime. Thank you very much.
