Newegg has always been my favorite. The navigation is very nice, selection is good, reliable, pretty fast, and the prices are usually very competitive. A couple others I've had good experiences with:

MonarchComputer
ZipZoomFly
TigerDirect

If your in Canada, NCIX is my favorite but TigerDirect is ok too.

Zipzoomfly has quantity discounts available on items like cables and fans. Usually quantities of 10 will get you down to half-price.

I have also used Directron.

For miscellaneous parts, tools, hardware, connectors, I use Parts Express.
