System re-build using an old athlon thunderbird 1 gig proc, 200 fsb "old mobo northbridge fan shot". bought New tiga mobo.. tiga mobo has 200/266 fsb.
Assembled as I have many times normally.. start pc, fans start for about 2 secs then shut off,
no hard drives, no floppy connected, no cards installed. mobo has built in video.. keyboard plugged in mouse plugged in, monitor pluged in and connected.

This one has got me stumped.
Bad power supply?
Bad mobo?
