I installed an hp scanjet 4670 - it will work by using the buttons on the scanner but I cannot get the HP Director to come up - it is a shortcut on my desktop and is also listed in All Programs in the HP folder - it will not open from the desktop nor from the All Programs list - I have installed and reinstalled on 2 computers but can't seem to find the problem - it did work on a 3rd computer but for some reason it no longer works on that computer any longer - but as I said, it does work when I use the buttons on the scanner itself - I have an HP computer with Windows XP - please advise! :whistling:
