I have Windows XP, run Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook Express 6. When I try to E-mail a page from Internet Explorer or e-mail a photo from my Zoom Browser X software, I get an error: The MAPI spooler could not be started. Close & then restart all mail applications. I tried to change the profile and received the error: This application has failed to start because WMSUI32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. How do I do this? Your help is most appreciated.
