You name it, I've tried it: clearing cache, system restore, webutil, AVG, Ewido, downloading different browsers, but its the same issue on all of them. 99% of the websites I try to access work fine, but ebay and craigslist do not load. PLEASE HELP!

Hi ana miranda,

That is a fairly clean log.
  • Remove Questionable Programs. Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down to and highlight each of the following programs and select uninstall/remove:
    • ComcastSUPPORT <== See here for more information.
  • Update Java:

Your version of Java is now outdated. Java vulnerabilites are commonly exploited by viruses so I strongly recommend you update. Click here to download the latest version of java. Click on Windows Online Installation (typical download size is ~7.1MB) to download the installation file. Please install it and then reboot your computer.

Remove the older versions of Java:
    • Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
    • Delete all Java updates except J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 8
  • Move HiJack This You are running HijackThis from the Desktop; please create a new folder for it and move the program into the new folder
  • HJT Fixes Place a check next to each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

    O16 - DPF: {3A7FE611-1994-4EF1-A09F-99456752289D} (WildTangent Active Launcher) - <a href="http://install.wildt...veLauncher.cab" target="_blank">http://install.wildt...auncher.cab</a>

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
  • Please run Bit Defender
    • read the EULA and click 'I agree' if you wish to procede with scan
    • When prompted for the install and run click 'yes'
    • Choose your country and click 'ok'
    • Place a 'check' in all boxes under scan options
    • Place a check in the 'My Computer' under Target Selection
    • Click 'start scanning' to begin
    • Save the Log file for posting back here.

This could be a long scan so do it when you have at least an hour or two free.
  • Post Logs Post back a fresh HijackThis log and the BitDefender log. Then I will take another look.
