Windows 2000 SBS with Exchange 2000.

I don't know what's happened to my Exchange 2000 settings, but I'm getting a 5MB log file every couple of minutes. I've lost 300 MB of space on the server already this morning. I went to Exchange System Manager, right clicked over the server, and unchecked Subject Logging and Message Tracking. I rebooted, but I'm still getting log files (ExchDB/MDBData folder) every couple of minutes.

The only thing I've done recently to Exchange is run the ESEUTIL program to defrag the database.

Please help!!!
