Hmm alright I have a 20gig harddrive at the moment...so I think its safe to say I need more

Putting the pagefile on a separate drive is actually the best way to configure it and is what Microsoft recommends.

Urgh..just streamed about 20 trojans and various other viruses to my comp from www.keygen.us any good antivirus progs I can run? First thing im scanning it with is Ad-Aware then probably nod32 again :/

avg from http://www.download.com also if you want to stay free of spyware and viruses going to websites YOU SHOULDNT BE GOING TO, use http://www.mozilla.com as your browser...

download avg and update it, its a free virus scanner and it works great

Let's let the malware experts deal with this one.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions you'll find there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Do Not reply to or "bump" your own topic...if it shows a reply, it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.
