I just put this computer back together, out of an old case, and into a new one...cleaned it up and whatnot...
Problem is, after reformatting...I am having EXTREMELY slow transfer speeds on file downloads...any suggestions?

did you update all your drivers

look in control panel...open system icon..click hardware tab ..... then device manager..check each devive for yellow triangle right click update do that to each one with yellow triangle
