here's what I got

many of the files you asked me to delete I couldn't find/didn't exist
I can specify If you'd like, a few of the HJT things I could not find as well
and I couldn't deleteViewpoint toolbar out of the files, furthermore when I went to remove viewpoint toolbar (add or remove programs) it tried to start up the browser (the comp with the virus isn't hooked up to internet) and it proceeded to freeze my computer.....eventually i was able to get comp back to normal and viewpoint toolbar was "removed" from add or remove program....

here's the HJT Log after I completed all of this

Hi Caffiene_Powered

If you edit your post with an answer I will not know about it, I only check threads when I recieve an email to say you have replied.

Please do the following.
Click start > run, type services.msc scroll down the list that appears, find and double click Task scheduler check the service status, if it is stopped click the start button once it's started try to run Look2medestroyer let me know how you get on.

Lets try a different fix. Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune....oads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads....org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

if you receive, while running option #1, an error similar like: ''C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe,
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. choose close to terminate the application.."...then please use option 5 or the web page link in the l2mfix folder to solve this error condition. do not run the fix portion without fixing this first.

You should be ok, it will need connecting at some stage as i want you to run an online scan later, so now is as good a time as any.
