continual crashes

I am experienceing continual crashes on a nw install of xp..

this is an ongoing problem, crashes and reboots all the time esepcially on IE. Replaced mobo and hd, older system athlon 1 gig proc thunderbird tiga ,mobo, seagate barracuda 7200 spin hd. any help?
