I do not know what has caused this, but when I go to open my internet explorer it says that it has performed and illegal operation and will be shut down. When i press the "Details" button this comes up:

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module SHPRRPRT.DLL at 0167:03595759.

(which I have no clue that that means :whistling: ..)

Now when i press the "Close" button andother box pops up and says that an error has occured in internet explorer and it will now be closed. If the problem happens again restart teh computer. I have done this many times and it still does not work. How do I fix this problem?

Hi --help,

The file that is causing the errors is part of the SmartShopper adware.

Please follow the instructions here:
