MaX Secure Spyware Detector

Ok, I scanned with Ad Aware SE and Spybot and fixed a few entries, but then I did a free scan with MaX Secure Spyware detector and found 430 entries!!!! Could these be false positives? Is this program really good?

Thanks for the advice, But is there anyone here that have used MaX Secure Spyware Detector before? Did it work, or is it a rogue program?
