Would really appreciate any help in sorting out the problems within my new Dell system.

My email client (my preference) is Pegasus Mail (less prone to viruses etc. than MS software). The new system's OS is XP Pro Media Edition. I have disabled MS firewall & installed Zone alarm Pro with Spyware protection. I have set up POP3 as well as SMTP etc. but when I try to connect I get an error msg, i.e. password incorrect & account does not exist on server.

Any suggestions in solving this would be most welcome.
