i had my computer on and i was going to restart it and it just froze at the saving settings screen.i have windows xp and i built my own computer. i have a ati mother board and a radeon 9800 graphics card. when i tryed to turn it back on it woundt start up.i had an extra power source from my old computer i used and and the power runs threw the mother board beacuse my disk drives turned on. So power is running threw my mother board but it wont turn on none of the fans or the processor wont turn on please help me

Make me happy, tell me what happens if you unplug all leads expect the one to the mother board.
