A problem surfaced out of no where - my computer usage went to 100% and stayed there all the time. After trying a few things I went to "msconfig" and started disabling start up program and services. I discovered that if I disabled "PRINT SPOOLER" my problem went away, i.e. my computer usage was at or near zero most of the time and everything worked.

The problem now is I cannot print. Any suggestions on what to do to troublshoot, fix, restore my print spooler so I can print, but my computer usage does not go back to 100%

Any suggestion very much appreciated
