dud key on keyboard I want to change one key to another then

Hi, run me through this please, the number one button is dead so I want to use the § button to the right of it as number one then.

Not possible AFAIK. Used to be, but probably wouldn't work now. Please remember that if you was to remap the 1 key, you'd transfer that habit onto every other (fully working) keyboard you'd use so I wouldn't go down that route.

Buy a new keyboard. They are so cheap now they're virtually being given away for nothing.
