WLM - Signing in Problem.

When I am signing into Windows Live Mesenger, I get an error:

"Sorry, we were unable to sign you into Windows Live Messenger at this time. Please try again later.

To let us try and troubleshoot the problem, Click the Troubleshoot button.

Error Code: 80048820
Extended Error Code: 80048406"

I did the troubleshoot, and there was a "!" at the "Key Ports" entry.
I only noticed this yesterday, as WLM was working fine until then.
Can Anyone help me with this??
