Hi, This is the first time I have ever asked or joined a forum for help.. but I am so frustrated and about to give up ..(I run Windows XP Dell 6 mth old computer)about a month ago my family and I got home from a day trip ( no one was home that day) and our computer had rebooted by it self and had many programs installed into our computer by itself and as well as [bleep] sights in all our fav folders ect.. I could not access the internet ect.. so I did not know what to do but a system restore..and that seemed to fix it..WELL.............. I thought ... 2 days later our bank accounts were hacked into and charges to [bleep] sights as well as other places where charged on our accounts ( I do online banking with those 2 accounts) so I went through changing our accounts and filing reports ect.. now all of a sudden my McAfee( McAfee Security Center) is blocking all these bad cookies and asking to restart my computer and scan ect.. which I do and I have to keep removing.. but now everytime I go on IE it keeps blocking all this stuff and telling me to reboot and scan.. My feeling is the more I am reading now is I have all that garbage in my system restore backed up somewhere.. I run personal Adware everyday and clean as well as my McAfee antispyware.. I don't know what else to do..I am scared our new bank accounts will be hacked into again.. I thought I had full protection with Firewall,Antispyware,Antivirus ect...I would appreciate any help that I can get so much ) Thank you, Roni Rae
