I cannot download off of internet explorer any type of help software or upgrad programs. Had a trojan but refuses to allow to download a removal. Nortons 2005, Java, Media, Adobe, ActiveX all disappeared. I dowloaded Java last night offline on to disc then downloaded from that. It finalled installed. but still having problem w/explorer-- anyway I can find out exactly what folders are corrupt in the service pack? I burned AVG to disc and downloaded offline then opened it found a trojan in service pack. any suggestions
