im curious, is there any program that lets me convert WMV (windows movie veiwer) files to either AVI oe MPEG? i have a bunch of WMV that id like to include into a dvd i making. thank you

Look at Super Encoder from free video editing, last in list, set the output container to mpeg then set the options for bitrate etc, if you get an error, tick the direct show box and retry

thanks i installed super and no matter what i click on i keep getting errors and it wont convert for me

Have you got a download link for a file so I can look for something which will encode it
