I keep getting this message in internet explorer

buffer overrun detected

program:...E3701-0AE8-1033-0115-040416200001}-/upatedate.exc

a buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state.
the program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.

do you have comodo installed if you do
you can try this its an update you need

Comodo that prevents that particular MS update from installing
The only way to get the update installed was to first uninstall Comodo.
Hope this can be fixed.
