i have posted before but didnt recive any help.
i was having pop ups like crazy, i then removed my computers wallpaper and the pop ups stopped. but that didnt remove the problem.

i have used 3 different spyware cleaners and 2 different virus scans, but none of those has gotten rid of my problem. it has been getting worse.

my computer is really laggy, i can not play games on like pogo or yahoo anymore, msn and other programs just randomly close, things keep trying to change my reg. keys(which i dont allow them to go threw), i turned off my computer last night and turned it back on this morning and the whole look of my desktop was different(it is usualy small and green and it became like windows xp look with green boxes o_o)..this is the stuff i remember happening.

i hope someone can help me as i would really apperciate it.

Please print out or copy this page to Notepad in order to assist you when carrying out the following instructions.

Notes
While TeaTimer is an excellent tool for the prevention of spyware, it can sometimes prevent HijackThis from fixing certain things.
Please disable TeaTimer for now until you are clean. TeaTimer can be re-activated once your HijackThis log is clean.

• Open Spybot Search & Destroy.
• In the Mode menu click "Advanced mode" if not already selected.
• Choose "Yes" at the Warning prompt.
• Expand the "Tools" menu.
• Click "Resident".
• Uncheck the "Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of overall system settings) active." box.
• In the File menu click "Exit" to exit Spybot Search & Destroy

Downloads
The Temp folders should be cleaned out periodically as installation programs and hijack programs leave a lot of junk there. Download CleanUp! Here! and install it. DO NOT RUN IT YET

Please download Qoofix by Rubber Ducky to your desktop.

• Right click on the Qoofix folder, and choose "Extract All". Extract Qoofix to your C:\ drive

Right click on this link and choose Save As. Save it to your desktop. DO NOT RUN IT YET


View Hidden Files and Folders
Go to My Computer >Tools >Folder Options >View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing / visible. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files option.


Start HijackThis Fix

Run Downloaded Programs #1
*WARNING* Cleanup deletes EVERYTHING out of temp/temporary folders and does not make backups.
Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:
*Click "Options..."
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:

• Empty Recycle Bins
• Delete Cookies
• Delete Prefetch files
• Cleanup! All Users
• Click on the “Temporary Files” and uncheck the box for “Scan drives for file matching” if it’s checked.

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program. DO NOT Reboot/logoff when prompted.

Run Downloaded Programs #2

• Close all windows and programs, including internet windows.
• Go to C:\Qoofix and open the folder, then double click on Qoofix.exe
• Click Begin Removal and wait for the scan to finish
• If Qoofix finds an infection, select yes to restart your computer.

<<Reboot Here>>

Following the reboot, Right click on that file we downloaded to your desktop (DelO15Domain.inf) and choose Install. It will run immediately (you won't be able to see anything happen). You may delete it afterwards.


File/Folder Deletions
Delete the following Files indicated in RED and Folders indicated in BLUE if they still exist.

ALCMTR.EXE <<Find Via Start | Search, for Files and Folders.


Further Scanning
Perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with Panda ActiveScan

• Click Scan your PC & a 'pop up' window shall appear. *ensure that your pop up blocker doesn't block it
• Click Scan Now
• Enter your e-mail address & click Scan Now ...begins downloading 8 MB Panda's ActiveX controls

Begin the scan by selecting My Computer

• If it finds any malware, it will offer you a report.
• Click on see report. Then click Save report

Post the contents of the report in your next reply along with a new HJT log

*You needn't remain online while it's doing the scan but you have to re-connect after it has finished to see the report.
*Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan

Please post a fresh HijackThis log & the Log from Panda so that we can check if your system is clean.

i can not do the Panda ActiveScan it freezes everytime after getting so far =(
it finds usualy 16 spyware and 2 hijackers before it freezes not sure what they are as it freezes so i cant check.

and i searched google and that ShoWwnd.Exe is a unclassified trojen, should i delete that also?

lets try another online scan
Perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with Kaspersky.
When you arrive at the page, click on Kaspersky Online Scanner and accept the TOS, and Privacy Statement that follow.

You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes or right click the message at the top of your browser and select Install ActiveX.

• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
• Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
• Now click on Scan Settings
• In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
  Standard
  
  • Scan Options:
  Scan Archives
  Scan Mail Bases
• Click OK
• Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
• This will program will start and scan your system.
• The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
• Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
  • Now click on the Save as Text button:
• Save the file to your desktop.
• Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Take note the names and locations of any file it detects but fails to clean.

* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan

Download Killbox
Run KillBox and check the box that says 'End Explorer Shell While Killing File'. Next click on 'Delete on Reboot'. Select each of the following files below with your mouse, then right click and select copy, check the box that says 'Unregister .dll Before Deleting' if it's not grayed out. Now in Killbox go to, File then select, Paste from clipboard! Now hit the X button - choose YES when it asks if you want to reboot) Click Yes at the 'Pending Operations prompt'. if you see it:

Boot Into Safe Mode
Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly until a menu shows up (and choose Safe Mode from the list). In some systems, this may be the F5 key, so try that if F8 doesn't work.

• IMPORTANT: Do not open any other windows or programs while ewido is scanning, it may interfere with the scanning proccess:
• Lauch ewido-anti-spyware by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
• Select the "Scanner" icon at the top and then the "Scan" tab then click on "Complete System Scan".
• ewido will now begin the scanning process, be patient this may take a little time.
