i'll look into the prices of those cards stated and pick out the best price for quality and when times comes and dx10 comes out i'll get a better card then...

On ram now which is the best buy?

It's an excellent card. It's also way above the price range of the other cards you were thinking about. If you plan on keeping the card for a couple of years, then go for it. If you plan on upgrading in the near future, then the X1900XTX is a little pricey. But, if you've got the dough, then you might as well get the best.
