Reinstalling Tumblebugs

Hi, I recently had problems with my XP so had to uninstall then reinstall.....everything is working fine now except for my favourite game every time I try to install it I get to the opening game part and the message"could not open C:Documents and Settings\SallyCourte\applicationdata/wildfire/TumBlebugSStats.txt Not being very bright about these things I have no idea what this means or how to fix it.I tries a restore but no go.Anyone help,Please????

lets start with something very basic. can you open windows explorer and browse to the path
C:Documents and Settings\SallyCourte\applicationdata/wildfire

look for the txt file and see if it is there. If it is, then try renaming the file. The game should recreate the file for you. If it is not there or does not get recreated then let me know so we can proceed to the next step.
