Hi,

I've been using my printer for more than three years now. And from that time I haven't experienced any problems with it.

My problem is, whenever I print something, the colour isn't the colour that it was s'pose to be. For example, when I printed a normal document with a black font colour, the colour of the printed text is green. And when I print a picture... it's colours are totally different.

Is this just a problem with my printer configs or is it a problem with my ink cartridge?

:whistling:

Thanks in advance.
Philip.

Has this started happening after you put in new cartridges? You could try to set the quality setting of the printer to high and see if it makes a difference. Maybe the printer has been set to print on glossy paper?

Just my ideas.
