Really Annoying Pop-up

Well, I suppose it's not a pop-up as such, as in the spyware version of one, but it is REALLY annoying and completely unnecessary. Anyone know how to remove it? Basically it's a white screen with a purple band at the top and bottom whihc tells me I've completed my registration. The only thing is, when you click okay, it goes away, only to return ten minutes later.

Hi there,

Can you take a screen shot please?

To do this please press print screen when it happens. After which you can open paint (or any other graphics program (even word will do)) and past it here....

Gives a better clue of the issue.
