i have a very unusual problem. I am using a Compaq IJ1200 color printer, and in the last day or so
I experienced a carrier stall, I could not print. Then of all things I cannot turn the printer OFF manually,
I am continually experiencing a blinking power light. I disconnected the printer cable, tried to turn printer off,
no luck, just a blinking power light. Unplugged the printer from the power source, reconnected the power, again, immediately i get a blinking power light. Cannot turn the printer off, i.e., the blinking power light will not GO AWAY. Any Ideas here for help?

Try leaving it off for at least 30 seconds. Make sure all cartridges are properly connected. Does your indtruction manual say anything about blinking lights?
