Comp running slow and pop ups

My computer for the past month has been running really slow. It takes literally a minute for the start menu to appear. Now I have a million pop ups when i sign online. i also get error loading w1b1f0dd.dll when i start.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

I originally bought my computer with milennium and then i bought xp for my computer but i lost the disc. now when it checks for verification it tells me my code is invalid and it wont let me update anything :whistling:
