I was deleting some software off my machine as I have a new one and now it will not load.

It displays the Windows XP logo and then crashes as the next screen is about to appear. It flashes a blue criticial/fatal error so quickly I cannot read it and then automatically reboots.

I have tried F8 but cannot get into safe mode as it crashes again before I get the safe mode display screen

I have also tried to reboot from the cd - operating system for windows xp, but again it crashes just before it should display the screen for tyhe new operating system options.

PLEASE HELP
