Hey, people are posting bulletins called things like

"Wow, this is sick! $500 free for voting if you like myspace!"

I was wondering (i'm not stupid and didn't click the link btw) but can this be removed in add/remove programs, or ctrl+alt+delete, if not, which malware program will remove it?
