Items in blue which are underlined are clickable to give more information about the process

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on the right for display / video adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System

If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything

Please set a system restore point before you install anything

Hi soz for late reply but I got the summary.

Video Adapter: Standard PCI Graphics Adapter (PCI)

Monitor: PC Brand, Inc. Super

I been trying to find drivers but no luck. Finding it difficult to navigate through some sites.

Can you help me locate the drivers?

If you click graphics drivers, they have a Riva driver, though you may want to check with them first

Download and install Extract Now from my signature, tick add to context shortcut

Right click the zip file, click extract to named folder

If you open the named folder, one of the files should be set up, double click it

That sounds easy enough but which one from these is the setup file...
Nvarch16.dll
nvarch32.dll
nvcore.vxd
NvCpl.dll
NVCPL.HLP
nvdd32.dll
nvdisp.drv
nvmini.vxd
nvmini2.vxd
nvOpenGL.dll
NvQTwk.dll
Reademe.txt
Vgartd.vxd

Those are the files inside NVIDIA.zip i cant locate any .exe which i presume is the setup file so I ask once again. How do I install these files please?

Can you run through this to see if step 10 has the option to specify location, if so, select the unzipped folder

Windows 98
----------
1. Before installing this driver package, please make sure that the system is
configured with the Microsoft VGA driver. For information on installing
the Microsoft VGA driver, please refer to your Microsoft Windows 98 User's
Manual.

2. Start Microsoft Windows 98.

3. From the Start menu, select Settings.

4. Select Control Panel.

5. Select Display.

6. Select the Settings tab.

7. Select Advanced.

8. Select Adapter.

9. Select Change.

10. Insert the NVIDIA RIVA 128/128ZX Driver Disk 1 into the 3.5" floppy drive.

11. Select Next.

12. Select Next.

13. Select Next.

14. Windows should find files for the NVidia RIVA 128/128ZX. If Windows found the
files, select Next.

15. Windows will copy over the necessary files to the hard disk. Windows will
ask for the NVIDIA RIVA 128/128ZX Driver Disk 2. Remove the NVIDIA RIVA 128/128ZX
Driver Disk 1, insert the NVIDIA RIVA 128/128ZX Driver Disk 2, and select OK.

16. Select Finish.

17. Windows will ask if you wish to restart the computer. Remove any floppy
diskettes from the floppy drive, then select Yes.
