cd auto run will not function

i previously poseted this in operating systems but did not have very much luck with finding an answer.

please refer to this link to get up to date with the problem so far. thanks.


i thought i had sloved the problem by uninstalling the cd drive from my computer and letting auto detect reinstall it after rebooting my machine. i have done this twice successfully but it is not a permanent solution because after i hae installed a program and rebooted again, say the next day, if i put another disk in to install i encounter the same error message again. help PLEASE.
