Can anyone tell me what this is.
When I clik on Windows Explorer this appears on my list of components.

Please advise.

it's a particularly nasty (hard to get rid of) piece of malware/spyware/trojan

depends on the variation....at the moment, I have deleted it on two machines, and cannot seem to kill it off a third.

Post a hijackthis log on the malware detection removal forum and someone will be along to help you out in a bit
