Unable to access Internet and lost files

I have ran all the virus removal programs (Ewido, Clean-Up, Search and Destroy, etc.) I was not able to remove the virus that has taken out the internet and many files located on my desktop computer. I am posting my hijackthis log. It seems as though many files are missing from this log. Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I attached my hijackthis log as a PDF file in an attachment because I cannot access the internet from the infected computer and this was the only way I could get a copy of it.
