Core 2 build - Thoughts?

Alright guys, I know I posted an AMD build on here not too long ago, but with the release of Core 2; I decided to hold off. Now I'm looking at a Core 2 system and I wanted to get your thoughts. Keep in mind that I am not an overclocker and I have not intention of going SLI. I do play some games, but I'm not a graphics junkie so I have no problem turning down some settings in order to improve frame rates. Thanks in advance for your input.

Everything looks great,

get this harddrive instead it has 16mb cache and is $77.99 with a $10 mail in rebate which equals to $67.99 after you get the rebate..
